On each closed loan, UHome deducts a flat $995 company transaction fee from the Loan Officer’s commission payout.
This fee helps cover company operations, compliance, and access to our technology systems.
Licensed Loan Officers who recruit other Loan Officers to UHome are eligible to earn a $495 revenue share on every closed loan their recruited LO completes.
This payment comes from UHome’s company revenue, not from the borrower or loan proceeds. It is designed to reward leadership, teamwork, and company growth — creating an additional income stream for those who help build the organization.
You recruit 1 Loan Officer who closes 10 loans per month.

We are currently seeking Loan Officers licensed in Georgia who have closed at least one loan and are ready to grow in a supportive, opportunity-rich environment.
This is a remote role, but we prefer Loan Officers who live in Georgia and understand the local market.
